Join the I-Inspire Work Study Team!

Our Work Study program enables talent of all abilities to develop their technical and soft skills by working with the I-Inspire executive team. Selected applicants will partner with us to effectively assist in running the state-of-the-art complex, programs and the I-Inspire family! You will have the chance to work alongside trailblazing leadership within the entertainment industry, as well as aspiring entertainers in-front and behind the scenes of our facilities. Participation in this program gives priceless access and exposure to all facets of I-Inspire Studios. Members of the program will receive unlimited classes to all of our regular schedule of classes, discounted rates to all masterclasses, events, workshops and more!

Past Work Study program participants have become professional instructors, entrepreneurs, studio owners, choreographers, artists, managers, producers, agents and beyond. Our interns feel that their time working with I-Inspire Studios equipped them with the mentorship, knowledge, resources and experiences needed to launch their desired careers within the entertainment industry and was also able to use their newly acquired transferable skills to transition into any other industry of their choosing, while having a lot of fun!

  •  Rules & Requirements
    • This program is unpaid, part-time position with potential of turning into a paid position, dependant upon the needs of the studio
    • There is a minimum of a 4 month commitment
    • You must be at least 16 years old and own a driver’s license to apply
    • You must live in Atlanta or the surrounding areas to be considered for the in-person position
    • You must possess a high level of technical skills in order to apply for the virtual positions
    • The dress code is strictly enforced and you are to wear the I-Inspire branding and apparel
    • You must have a neat appearance, be reliable, mature, happy, friendly, excellent communicator and customer service oriented
    • There is no dance audition needed and all levels of talent are welcomed
    • Once you have passed training you must pay a $35 fee for your background check
